We offer a wide range of free services and programs in Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa Counties. Our mission is to contribute to the economic vitality of the regions by being a valuable resource for education, vocational training, and employment. Training & Employment Consortium works together with community partners to build a strong local economy and prosperous communities fueled by skilled workers, quality jobs, and thriving businesses.
Job seekers of all ages and experience can receive staff assistance with
job-seeking services, including paying
for education and training services.
All free services are available at no cost.
Young adults can gain valuable work skills through a variety of opportunities such as job shadows, internships, or summer jobs. Young adults can also take a variety of trainings to become work ready.
Assist foster youth, aged 14 or older, to make the transition from being in care to independence.
The JOBS Program is to enable individuals to make the transition from public assistance to self-sufficiency.
Youth gain valuable education, employment and leadership skills while learning work ethic and environmental knowledge.
Youth 360, our newest program, provides wraparound services for youth. Including transitional housing and job training for at-risk youth.
