Established in 1976, our team of over 35 passionate staff members, serve over 10,000 community members annually throughout 8 counties.

Training & Employment Consortium is part of a national and statewide network of training and employment services agencies, dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other, building strong prosperous communities.

TEC is supported by federal, state, and local funds, as well as private grants.

Our oversight consists of a Governing Board of local elected officials, which we report to and collaborate with on a regular basis.
