Independent Living Program (ILP)

 The Independent Living Program (ILP) supports eligible current and former foster youth (age 14 and older) in building skills and preparing for independence. TEC provides life-skills coaching, workforce readiness activities, and connections to education & employment opportunities.

Participants may receive support connected to:

  •  Education and training pathways

  • Career exploration and employment preparation 

  • Planning and goal-setting support

CURRENT FOSTER YOUTH

Referrals are made through the Department of Human Services. Contact your caseworker with the Oregon Department of Human Services

Call 855-503-7233 and request to open a Family Support Services (FSS) ILP case. 

FORMER FOSTER YOUTH

Ages 18 to 23 can self-refer to the ILP provider.
