The Independent Living Program is a program to assist current or former foster youth, aged 14 or older, to make the transition from being in care to independence. Our trained staff works closely with the Department of Human Services Child Welfare and agencies who support foster youth.
Referrals are made through the Department of Human Services. Contact your caseworker with the Oregon Department of Human Services or Call 855-503-7233 and request to open a Family Support Services (FSS) ILP case.
